Took maybe 5 Hours, most of which was just me being OCD.

Some recent experimenting with Flash and Gimp(PS Knockoff) has shown me how to produce a higher quality Gif Though the file size went from .8 MB to 2.5 MB Then through some more recent experimenting, as of 9/12/2011, I took it back down to .8 MB XD
